Jacqueline Z. DerOvanesian focuses on complex commercial business litigation, white collar criminal defense and internal investigations, and practices in federal and state courts throughout the United States and before arbitration panels as well as through government investigations. Jackie represents clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, violations of privacy and consumer protection laws, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, non-compete agreements, fiduciary relationships, and consumer products. Jackie is also experienced representing public and private clients in internal investigations and government investigations, as well as compliance reviews in connection with, among other things, privacy laws, healthcare regulations, and civil rights laws.

Prior to joining Stumphauzer Foslid Sloman Ross & Kolaya, Jackie practiced at a large Florida-based law firm with more than 200 attorneys, where she was a member of the business litigation and dispute resolution practice groups and litigated cases in federal courts, state courts, and through arbitration within Florida, and throughout the United States.
