Jennifer M. Hernandez practices complex commercial business litigation and arbitration, with a focus on international disputes. She regularly handles cases involving claims of fraudulent misrepresentation, breaches of contracts and fiduciary duties, and violations of the Florida Deceptive and Fraudulent Trade Practices Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked at a boutique litigation firm focusing on both pre-trial and post-trial disputes. She has drafted and presented oral argument on case dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and has obtained favorable arbitration awards and settlements for her clients in the international telecommunications, global logistics, and shipping industries. In addition, she has prepared filings in Spanish on behalf of Latin American clients in proceedings administered by the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
